ALTIS - Anti Termite Irrigation System
The Altis system has been protecting homes,offices and commercial buildings since 1990. Where the Altis system has been installed in accordance with specification we have never had a breach.
Tests show that all components of the Altis Irrigation system would last for more than 50 years.
The ALTIS system is a pre-treatment program for termites without hand spraying chemicals and can be reapplied safely in the future. The patented Altis system is an irrigation system designed to effectively treat the area beneath slab-on-ground construction, for protection against infestation by subterranean termites. Altis is installed prior to laying of the concrete slab for the internal system and prior to paving (where it is to be used) for the external system.
All under slab injections of termiticide are carried out by way of a series of emitter pipes that are installed both sides of the footings. Application is by means of a controlled flow emitter pipe designed to give even and equal chemical distribution at very low pressure. The Altis Irrigation system allows for the re-treatment of a building at any time after construction. This is essential now as some new, safer chemicals have a much shorter life span.
Termatrac
Enviro Safe Pest Control uses the Termatrac technology to provide unobtrusive detection of termite colonies. The Termatrac works like a radar and detects the presence of termites without the need to bore holes into your walls and other parts of your house. Saving you time and money.
No unnecessary drilling involved.
Most too often, the pest controller causes more damage than the termites by pulling unnecessary floorboards and walls apart to locate termites. This is not very effective, as during the drilling process the termites are "scared" away from the original site, leaving them only to return weeks later after you have been told there are no termites.
Termatrac eliminates the chance factor and our pest controller will only remove structural boards that do contain termites, minimizing the costs of repairs and disruption to your home or business.

TERM-seal is a new and innovative product developed for all termite and water-proofing solutions. They are non-toxic and developed from inorganic compounds that come together to create a new and exciting method of termite management and waterproofing.
TERM-seal Products are unpalatable to termites and come with a range of warranties, 50 year product warranty for our Perimeter and Penetration System, 10 year product warranty for Multi-Purpose Passive System for use on backfilled walls and external joints, and 10 year product warranty for Multi-Purpose passive system for waterproofing kitchens and shower trays.
The TERM-seal Systems create a cost effective and complete physical, non-toxic termite resistant and water-proof barrier to concrete slab, masonry block and bearer and joist construction as a complete Penetration, construction joint and dual treatment for back filled walls.
TermX
The TermX Replenishment System is a specially designed pipe system used to apply termiticide chemical under pressure to saturate the soil medium surrounding a structure. This creates an impenetrable barrier (if repellent termiticides are used) or a death-trap for unsuspecting foraging termites (in the case of non-repellent termiticide chemicals) that move through impregnated soil.
